Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Us@wearebetter.world. If your return is accepted, because of damage or quality control issues, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. If an item does not meet our standards for return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Handmade Glass
Due to the nature of handblown glass, colors and shape will vary slightly, making each piece truly unique. Please note that the images on our website showcase samples and may not exactly match the piece you receive. We embrace this individuality as a testament to the artisanship behind each creation. Our quality control process ensures that we only offer pieces that meet our high internal standards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
